The staff was excellent. We arrived at 9 a.m. after a redeye flight, and Jasmin was very kind. The hotel was full the night before, but she said if our room did get available earlier, she would get us in. She called us at 12:30 to let us know our room was ready. AMAZING! We very much appreciated that extra step from Jasmin. The location was great. Around tons of restaurants and the subway lines, it was easy to get around. The room was good sized for Midtown Manhattan, and the gym was surprisingly good.

Kimberlee

The hotel is in a great location in terms of access to the sites of the city and subway. You can reach many sites by foot. The hotel was clean and comfortable and the room was modern with a very large TV and a large bed. Our room looked into a back alley and this meant it was surprisingly quiet. Staff were friendly and it was good value for money. We will likely stay again when back in New york.

The room was clean and a great size. A lot bigger then most in the area. The staff were very friendly, they even kept our luggage for us when we had checked out so we could still sightsee. There was coffee provided in the lobby which was very thoughtful.

The room was clean and was cleaned daily. The staff was very friendly and answered all questions. The location to the subway station on the same street and the proximity to Times Square and other attractions is particularly noteworthy.

The hotel is in a great location and the rooms were incredibly nice. Bed and pillows were so comfy, shower was nice and powerful. Plenty of towels and toiletries. Safe, fridge and coffee machine. Great quality wifi.
